Johndunel Compere is a versatile and dynamic actor originally from Port-au-Piment, Haiti. After relocating to the United States to pursue higher education, he began his acting journey at San Diego City College, where he earned an Associate Degree in Fine Arts. He went on to complete his BFA at UC Riverside, and later earned an MFA from California State University, Los Angeles.

With a diverse range of roles across both film and theater, Johndunel has garnered critical acclaim for his powerful portrayal of Othello in a recent production. He is skilled in a variety of acting techniques and brings a unique depth to every character he inhabits. His military background as a member of the U.S. Naval Reserve adds an additional layer of discipline and focus to his craft.

Fluent in French, Creole, and Spanish, and with a background in multiple sports, Johndunel’s versatility extends beyond the stage, making him an adaptable and well-rounded performer. He is eager to bring his passion, dedication, and skill to new and exciting projects.
